Not every person chooses to use a REALTOR® to buy or sell a home. Independent sellers may prefer to list their homes on PurpleBricks.ca or online classified websites like Kijiji.ca.

Some may be interested in purchasing a new home development, where sites like homefinder.ca and buzzbuzzhome.com list new developments directly from home builders. The Niagara Home Builders Association also highlights the region’s new residential developments.
