After high school, students can continue on to complete their post secondary education in Niagara Canada. Niagara boasts two highly ranked post-secondary institutions, Brock University and Niagara College.

Brock University, one of Canada’s top post-secondary institutions, is the only university in Canada that is located in a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, at the center of Canada’s Niagara Peninsula on the Niagara Escarpment.

Brock offers all the benefits of a young and modern university in a safe, community- minded city with beautiful natural surroundings. It is a comprehensive university with strong academic programming and cutting-edge research done in world-class facilities and offers more than 120 undergraduate and graduate programs.

With more than 18,000 students from 100+ countries in seven diverse Faculties, Brock is small enough to be intimate, but big enough to be world-class.

Niagara College has grown to become a leader in applied education and training, consistently ranked among Ontario’s top colleges for student satisfaction.

More than 9,000 full-time students study in over 100 diploma, graduate certificate, apprenticeship and Bachelor’s Degree programs. There are also more than 15,000 part time students registered each year in 600+ credit, vocational and general interest programs.

The college features two campuses located in Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Note that if you are not already a Canadian resident, and you plan on studying in Niagara Canada for more than six months, you will need a study permit prior to your arrival.
